SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DELIVERY MANAGER IN-SERVICE COMPETITION CENTRAL ZONE FREDERICTON The Department of Social Development is seeking an individual to join the Central Zone as Program Delivery Manager. As a member of the Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of a diverse range of client-focused integrated Social Development Programs for various at-risk populations of the province. The Program Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and monitoring programs of the Department. The successful candidate is expected to lead a strong work team, successfully manage and resolve issues and problems, monitor program outcomes, strive for innovative and improved program delivery, and effectively manage programs within budget parameters. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals throughout the region and with regional partners. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in social work and a minimum of six (6) years' related work experience, of which four (4) years must be in staff management OR a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a minimum of eight (8) years related experience of which four (4) years must be in staff management. In order to be appointed, candidates must be actively registered with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers and will be required to undergo a Criminal History Clearance prior to appointment.
